Body Balance. Episode 4 in the Live From The Pool series by Aquabatix
Body balance and floating are essential skills in learning to swim and life saving. Leaning how to float, how to balance in water, body awareness and your bearings when rotating and moving in water are important for water confidence and being safe in the pool and open water. Aquabatix demonstrates to swimming teachers ways to improve the classic floating techniques as well as exciting movements in artistic swimming that are simple to learn to teach that are a lot of fun for swimming participants to try and perfect to add as a swimming lesson contrasting activity. Live In The Pool is a series of episodes aimed at swimming teachers and swimming instructors to show you how simple it is to learn the basics of artistic swimming and how it enhances standard swimming techniques, lifesaving skills and encourages creativity for swimmers.
