#DidYouSwimToday Breathhold with me UNDERWATER BREATHHOLD 90 Sec Freediver Challenge | Onnaloves

Onnaloves is the Bionic Ballerina. This is her ongoing story, under and above water. This episode features: #DidYouSwimToday Breathhold with me UNDERWATER BREATHHOLD 90 Sec Freediver Challenge In accordance with professional freediving training advice, I have a supervisor on this underwater challenge who will step in if anything goes wrong. You can time your dry-land breathhold along with me and report in the livechat window what your scores are so we can all get an idea on the live-chat replay how we are all progressing. Now that I have upped the personal challenge to 90 secs, I am in freediving static apnea territory, and this has to be done with safety crew/buddies or supervising. A few of my followers here are actually with personal bests in the houdini region of 3-4 minutes! I'm really really impressed! I have a goal to reach a breathhold of 2 minutes in the future but I have a sneaky feeling this will be an addictive bug I will want to persue to overcome my Covid experience. Last Time I did the breathhold challenge for 1 minute - I blasted through at 1 minute and 14 seconds, and this was after my recent covid experience! I am attempting to use freediving training techniques to improve my RBC red blood cell count, and CO2 tolerance. The great thing about breathholding is that you can start biohacking your body, before you're really superfit. Root for me! Let's see if I can do this - I'll be checking the livestream chat after to see your scores against each other. swimming underwater, breath holding, breath hold challenge, underwater camera, underwater challenge, live camera underwater, livestream underwater, underwater live stream, underwater live camera, underwater live camera feed, livestream from the pool, live from the pool, swimming underwater in the pool, underwater swimming alone in the pool, underwater swimming videos, underwater swimming in pool, holding breath, freedive apnea training, freedive apnea, apnea training
