Compared to other Mermaid Weeks with Mermaid Kat, the Tahitian Mermaid Week is very intimate as we only have the space to take 3-4 mermaids with us. In 2019 we had Mermaid Madeleine from Australia, Mermaid Seashell from Australia and Mermaid Tasha from the USA joining us. Photographers Ian Gray (https://ift.tt/32R4X3m) and Chucho (https://ift.tt/2PzY8j9) made sure to capture the mermaids during the right moments and Mermaid Kat helped with tips and tricks for underwater modelling, posing and breath holds. During Mermaid Week Tahiti we saw short-finned pilot whales, rough-toothed dolphins, Blainville's beaked whales, humpback whales, spinner dolphins, blacktip reef sharks, gray reef shark, lemon shark, oceanic whitetip sharks, pink whiprays, spotted eagle rays and tiger sharks.
